Shoutout to the ranger who told me to ditch the waterfall plan in Glacier
He said the Hidden Lake trail would be a zoo but the north fork was emptier and honestly he was spot on, saw 3 people in 6 miles. Anyone else had a ranger tip that totally flipped their route game?

Ranger once told me the "secret" trail was just the park's way of keeping tourists away from the good view. Turns out the secret was poison ivy and a dead end.
