Rant: my roommate's dirty dishes went from 3 days piled up to zero in one week after I put a $6 plastic tub with his name on it
He walked past the sink for 8 months but somehow the second his own name was on a bucket the man turned into a dishwasher, so has anyone else tried the name-label trick or did I just get lucky?

Wait, he walked past those dishes for 8 whole months and a 6 dollar tub is what finally fixed it? That is honestly wild to me. Eight months of stepping over nasty plates and forks, and the answer was just his name on a piece of plastic the whole time. So did he not notice the mess before, or did he just not care until it had his name on it? Part of me wants to try this on my own roommates now.
