Kid asked for a mullet, walked out looking like a startled hedgehog

Last Saturday this 9 year old comes in with his mom, dead set on a mullet, so I go for it but the clippers slipped on the top and I ended up giving him this spiky crown on accident. His mom started cackling and took a photo before I could fix it, and the kid just stared in the mirror saying 'this is not what Chad from Minecraft has.' Anyone else ever botch a kids cut so hard the parent memorialized it?
