I'm a barista in a downtown Seattle shop, and my manager pointed it out yesterday after the system flagged it. That's almost three years of showing up sick, tired, or in a snowstorm because we're always short-staffed. Does that number make me reliable, or just a sucker?

Congrats, I guess... that's a level of commitment I can't even imagine. My record is like, two weeks before I call in with a "migraine" that's really just a bad mood.
