Our only fryer died during the Friday dinner rush at the burger spot in Dayton
We had a line out the door at 6pm when the heating element just quit, so I ran next door to borrow a countertop fryer from the pizza place and we limped through 40 orders of wings and fries with it. Anybody got a trick for keeping a dying fryer alive till the repair guy shows up Monday?
