Skipped the first 4 episodes of The Bear on purpose and it was the best call I've made all year
Everyone kept telling me to push through the slow start, but I just jumped straight to episode 5 after a coworker in Dayton spoiled the pilot for me. Turned out the show hits way harder when you don't know the backstory and have to piece it together from the kitchen chaos. I went back and watched the first four after finishing season 1 and they honestly felt like filler. Has anyone else skipped ahead on a show and found it worked better that way?
Bold move just skipping to the part where the kitchen is on fire... emotionally. Honestly though, going back and finding out the first episodes felt like filler is a hilarious way to watch TV.
