Appreciation post for the game shelf at the laundromat on 8th in Dayton

I had 40 minutes of wash cycle to kill at the Spin City on 8th Street in Dayton and got stuck in front of their little shelf of games, and somebody had taped a hand written note to Catan saying "no trading wood for sheep, we mean it." The copy of Ticket to Ride next to it had a folded score pad inside with a running list of grudges from past players, like "Dave cheated on the Denver route, never forget." Does anyone else love finding beat up games in random spots like that, and what's the best note or score pad you've stumbled on?
