Saturday morning at a con in Chicago changed how I run my gaming group
Saw a demo of a player binder system at the BGG.CON flea market and realized I've been wasting 20 minutes per session looking for rule clarifications. Anyone else ditch the rulebooks for a organized binder system?

Read somewhere that a guy prepped his whole binder system by laminating cheat sheets for each game. Took him a weekend but saves hours now. Makes sense honestly. I tried keeping pdfs on my phone but that's even slower than flipping pages. The binder trick lets me hand the whole thing to a new player and they get it right away.

Old school index cards in page protectors do the same thing for less work.

Nah, laminating makes them permanent. What if you don't like the game?
