Unpopular opinion: Gloomhaven is way overrated for solo play

I spent 6 weeks managing 2 characters through the first 10 scenarios and the admin work just killed it for me. Setting up enemy decks and tracking conditions took longer than the actual decisions. Anyone else drop it halfway through or am I missing something?

Six weeks just for ten scenarios? Dude that sounds absolutely brutal. The admin overhead in that game is no joke, I don't blame you for bailing.
