Just realized my cubicle plant was doing the boring job for me

Last Thursday I clocked 5 hours of data entry and not one person walked by, so I put a fake fern on my keyboard and left for lunch. Came back to find a sticky note saying 'nice touch' from the auditor. Has anyone else weaponized their desk decor to slip out early?
