That old comment from my uncle about 'front page money' finally clicked
Overheard my uncle telling my cousin that back in the 90s he made 3 grand on a single weekend selling used car parts on a forum. I always thought he was just bragging, but last month I cleared out my garage and listed some old bike parts on Facebook. After 4 sales and 200 bucks, I finally get what he meant about using what you already have. Has anyone else had an old piece of advice suddenly make sense years later?

Jumped right in with a little pile of old guitar pedals I forgot I had. Listed them on a local forum and made 150 bucks in two days. That uncle wisdom hits different when you realize the junk in your garage is just cash waiting to be picked up.
