TIL my barber's 10 minute chat about my posture was free therapy

Last Tuesday I went in for a trim and he started talking about how I slouch when I sit in the chair. He said "your neck is doing all the work your back should be doing" and it hit different than any doctor or YouTube video. Has anyone else gotten real life advice from a random service person that stuck with you for weeks?
