Debate: Did that $200 ergonomic chair actually fix your back or just save you from quitting your job?
I dropped $200 on a mesh chair after my old one had me icing my lower back every night. Some folks swear spending that much saves their spine, but my coworker says it's a waste and you just need better stretches. Anyone here feel like it's a legit investment or just a band-aid for a toxic desk setup?

Gonna have to disagree a bit. A good chair helps, but if your desk height and monitor placement are off, no amount of mesh is gonna fix your posture.

Oh man, 100% this. I learned that the hard way after months of shoulder pain just because my monitor was like 2 inches too low. Adjusted everything else first and it didn't help at all until I got the screen height right.
