Found out my old boss made $50k more but somehow did nothing, debating if I stay or bail

Pulled the pay spreadsheet left on the shared drive in Atlanta, turns out the manager who takes 3 hour lunches and pawns everything on me earns double my salary with the same title. Anyone else ever see hard proof like that and just flip between demanding a raise and quietly job hunting? What side wins for you?
