Oh yeah, that sounds about right... I'm pretty sure "quick" in manager-speak just means "sometime before you retire." We're still using a system that crashes if you look at it wrong, and the new update is always "just a quarter away." At this point, my "quick" notes are just on a sticky note stuck to my monitor.
