My boss in Phoenix used to make us track our bathroom breaks on a spreadsheet
He said it was for 'productivity analysis' but it just felt creepy and wrong. After six months of this, I finally pushed back and said it was invasive. Now I just log my main tasks for the day and ignore the weird micromanaging. Has anyone else had a manager try to monitor something this personal?

Tracking basic time use isn't that weird if you're billing clients by the hour, just saying.
