My grandma called my pothos boring and now I can't stop seeing her point
She kept plants on her porch in Tucson for 40 years and when she saw my shelf of pothos, monstera, and ZZ plants she just shrugged and asked why none of them do anything interesting. I've been staring at my plants for a week now wondering if I picked all the easy ones because they survive my apartment, not because I actually like them. Anyone else ever realize their whole collection is just the low maintenance starter pack?
