A useful person says "that part's weak, here's why." Had a guy tell me my wiring looked like "a drunk spider did it." Rude. But he showed me a better way to run conduit. So yeah, he was a jerk and right at the same time. Still felt like an ass though.

Totally disagree @irishenderson. Numbers are just numbers at the end of the day. I've done thousands of jobs and I don't count them because honestly the next one is always the same as the last. Trust is nice but people pay me to fix their stuff not to feel warm and fuzzy about it.

Hold on, sealing is not the only reason that filter is designed to go on one way.

Hang on @reese_patel, have you weighed that flour instead of measuring it? Six cups could be right on if your starter is really active and you're using a high hydration dough. A lot of sourdough recipes online are just guesses, not lab tested like the old ones.
