I finally stopped overpaying for airport food with this one packing habit
Last trip through Denver I grabbed a sandwich and water at the terminal, cost me $18. Now I pack a small insulated pouch with a peanut butter wrap, an apple, and a refillable bottle. I fill the bottle at a fountain after security, and it covers me for a 4-hour layover. Has anyone else found a way to eat decent on a flight without hitting the overpriced kiosks?

Ngl my "packing habit" is just shoving a bag of trail mix in my hoodie pocket and calling it lunch.
