Vent: hit 30 unused pages in my journal and it made me sick
Just counted and I have 30 blank pages scattered through one journal. Not together at the back. Scattered. I started this thing in January thinking I would be so neat about it. Some pages have one line and then nothing. One page just says "call dentist" from March. I still have not called the dentist. The worst part is I bought a second journal in June because I thought a fresh one would fix me. It did not. I am now 40 pages into that one with the same problem starting. Does anyone else just leave the dead pages or do you rip them out? Ripping feels wrong but looking at them is making me mad.
Wait, you bought a SECOND journal in June thinking it would fix things? That is wild because I did the exact same thing last year and now both of them are sitting there half full with random dead pages. The "call dentist" page from March killed me though, mostly because I have a "renew car tags" note from February that I still have not done. Do you keep buying new ones every few months like I do, or have you at least stopped at two?
