Discovered a simple tweak to my habit tracker that actually works
Honestly, I kept missing days in my habit tracker and it made me want to stop using my bujo. Tbh, I felt like I was failing every time I skipped a checkmark. So I tried focusing on just three habits each week instead of tracking everything daily. For instance, I picked things like making my bed, writing one page, and taking a walk. I draw a quick grid with days of the week and shade in the boxes when I do them. Ngl, this made it way easier to stay on track without feeling overwhelmed. If I miss a day, I just leave it blank and start fresh the next day. It's helped me keep my bullet journal going without all the stress.
