Found a simple referral trick that got me 3 new clients in a week

Honestly, I was stuck trying to get new contacts for my landscaping biz here in Denver. Cold emails and ads were just eating my budget with zero return. Then I offered a 10% discount to existing customers if they referred a neighbor and we both got a free mulch delivery. It blew up fast because people actually talked to each other about it. Has anyone else had luck with a specific referral offer like a service upgrade or cash bonus?

Yeah I tried offering cash once and it turned into me basically paying people for friends they already had. Maybe the mulch thing would work better for me.

Mulch is honest work right there. People see you busting your back and they respect that more than cash. Cash just makes things weird between folks.
