I counted 87 zip ties on my lawn mower repair because I lost track of what I was doing
Two Saturdays ago I tried to fix the self propel on my 2013 Toro and got carried away with zip ties holding the cable housing in place. I kept adding one every time the belt slipped, and by the time I finally got the deck back on I counted 87 of them on the whole machine. It looked like a craft project gone wrong, but the thing actually runs and cuts fine now. My neighbor saw it and asked if I was starting a side business in plastic art. Has anyone else ever overdid a fix so bad it turned into a whole other problem, and did you just leave it or tear it all back down?
