Vent: Hit cabinet #500 this week and no one told me about the dust

I finished cabinet #500 in 11 years this Tuesday, some kitchen in Boise. I kept a tally in my old job notebook without thinking about it, and that number snuck up on me. What surprised me is the dust level in my shop has gotten way worse, I never replaced my overhead filter after the motor died back in March. I finally checked the bag and it was packed solid, could've been a fire risk. Any of you run a regular filter swap schedule, or just wait until the shop turns hazy?
