Bought a $40 sleeping pad online last month and it deflated by 2am on my first trip
I grabbed a cheap pad off a deal site last month for a trip to Shenandoah, and it felt fine when I blew it up at home. By 2am on night one I was basically on bare ground, so I spent an hour hunting for the leak with dish soap and found a pinhole near the valve. Has anyone patched a valve pinhole and had it actually hold, or should I just eat the $40 and go back to my old foam pad?
