Why does nobody talk about the guilt of trashing free gear in reviews?
A company sent me their new rain jacket to test on a trip. It soaked through in a light drizzle, making my whole pack wet. I don't want to lie in my review, but I also got the jacket for nothing. It feels wrong to complain when I didn't pay for it.

My yoga studio gives free classes that suck. People don't complain and it teaches companies they can get away with bad stuff.

Seriously, just be honest in your review like @angelamason said, because readers trust you more than free stuff.
