I used to defend that teacher who got fired over the TikTok, now I get why parents were mad
Last month I was all in on the high school English teacher in Columbus who lost her job after that video of her dancing in class went viral. I thought it was just prudish parents being dramatic. Then my cousin's kid actually had her as a sub and told me she spent half the period filming herself while kids scrolled on their phones. That changed my mind, if you're hired to teach and you're doing content instead, that's not cancel culture, that's accountability. Anyone else flip sides on a case after hearing from someone who was actually there?
