Spent 5 hours digging through an old forum thread to figure out why a guy got run off Twitter in 2019
I fell down a rabbit hole last weekend trying to piece together the full story on a guy who lost his job over a single joke tweet back in 2019, and it took me almost 5 hours of scrolling through dead links and deleted accounts just to find the original tweet. Turns out half the viral screenshots going around were edited to cut out the context, which makes me wonder how many other cases we argue about here are built on fake receipts. Does anyone know a good way to archive tweets before they get deleted, or am I just gonna keep losing them to the void?
