That time a YouTuber's apology got fact-checked by a 12-year-old and it actually changed my mind
So there was this beauty guru who got called out for selling a palette with some shady ingredient sourcing. She posted a 12 minute apology video with all these receipts and I was ready to move on. Then some kid on Reddit zoomed in on one of her screenshots and proved the date was photoshopped. It completely flipped the whole thread from defending her to calling for a bigger apology. Has anyone else had a total 180 on a cancel case because of one random internet detective?

Are we really sure the kid wasn't just bored and looking for clout?
