PSA: I paid $180 to have my loan checked for errors and it found nothing, save your cash
Saw a TikTok pitch about hiring a company to hunt for mistakes in your auto loan paperwork, so I did it on my 2021 loan from a dealer in Reno. Three weeks later they mailed me a report that just repeated my own statements back at me, so I ate $180 for nothing. Has anyone actually caught a real error this way, or are these places just selling hope?
