Took me 6 visits and 11 days to get my lien release from a credit union in Mesa, and I'm still not done

Six visits is wild. Next time ask for the release at the same time you pay the loan off, and get the name of the person who signs it. Then you can call that one person back instead of starting over at the front desk every time.
