Eleven days is cool and all but I gotta ask, is doomscrolling really the thing that needed a whole system? People act like putting your phone down for one song is some big life change but that's just... not checking your phone for three minutes. The 2 minute rule stuff always sounds smart until you realize you basically just told yourself to wait a bit, which people did forever before it had a name. Not saying it doesn't work for you, but calling it a fix for doomscrolling when it's really just a pause button feels like a stretch.
