Can we talk about how I got a raise by writing a one page list instead of a pitch deck
My manager kept putting off my review for 5 months at the Austin office, so I stopped building a big deck and just handed her a single page with 3 wins and a number, and I had the raise in 9 days, so has anyone else tried going small like that?
