Man, my friend was burning out bad until she started literally closing her laptop at 6 PM. That hard stop made her afternoons way more focused because she knew the cutoff was coming. It's wild how a simple rule can fix everything.

Totally, I read about the Pomodoro Technique a while back. It's where you work for 25 minutes straight, then take a five minute break. That kind of forced schedule really helps me stop working through lunch or late into the evening when I'm at home. It builds those boundaries right into your day.

Yeah, that forced schedule idea really hits home. My buddy Jake was constantly working through lunch and then burning out by 3 PM. He started using a timer to do 30-minute chunks with a strict five-minute break, kind of like Pomodoro but his own twist. After a couple weeks, he said his energy levels evened out and he actually remembered to eat. What do you think about adjusting the time blocks for different types of work?
