Unpopular opinion: the hiring manager who said my 10 years of experience made me look lazy
Sat in a coffee shop in Denver last month and a hiring manager for a logistics company said 10 years at the same job made her wonder why I never moved up. I just sat there with my cold coffee because nobody ever framed loyalty as a red flag before. Has anyone else been dinged for staying somewhere too long, and how do you spin it in an interview?
