Tried a cheap circular saw blade for a fence job and it actually cut clean

I always thought you needed a $50+ blade for smooth cuts on treated lumber, but I grabbed a $12 Irwin blade on a whim last week. It ripped through 20 fence pickets with zero tear-out, and I'm still scratching my head about it. Has anyone else found a budget blade that surprised them?

Man, have you ever had a buddy swear by something cheap and you just didn't believe them? My friend Mike was building a cedar deck last summer and grabbed this no-name $8 blade from a liquidation pallet at the hardware store. We were both sure it would chunk out or burn the wood, but that thing sliced through like butter. He ended up using it for his whole fence too and it still wasn't dull when he finished. Honestly made me rethink all those fancy blades I've been buying for years.

Totally same here lol, I was convinced you had to spend big for clean cuts but that cheap Irwin blade proved me wrong too.
