Visited a custom cabinet shop in Nashville last week and their plywood storage made me rethink my whole workflow

They stack every sheet flat on a rolling cart with foam between them instead of leaning them against the wall, and after seeing zero warped panels in a batch of 60, has anyone else switched to flat storage or am I overthinking this?
