Finally got a clean seam on that tricky Berber after three failed attempts last month.
Switched from my standard adhesive to Roberts 6700-UHS and let it tack up for a full 45 minutes before rolling, which made all the difference.

Read a forum post where someone swore by that exact method for Berber. They said the longer tack time lets the adhesive grab the backing better. Makes sense it would cut down on seam failure.
