My buddy in Spokane talked me out of a $2,800 Civic with a rebuilt title and now I'm stuck
He told me a rebuilt title car is a nightmare to resell here and now every clean sub-$3k listing I find makes me wonder if I dodged a bullet or passed up the only decent one left, so how do you weigh a sketchy history against a clean but overpriced ride?

Rebuilt title kills resale, so paying more for clean usually wins.
