Saw a Chevy Cruze in a Denver shop with the water pump buried behind the motor mount
I was killing time at a shop off Federal Blvd in Denver last month and watched a guy pull a water pump out of a 2014 Cruze. He had to yank the motor mount and loosen the timing cover just to get his hand in there, all for a part that costs $60. Why do makers put wear items in spots where the labor is 5x the price of the part?
