Blew $70 on a locking cash box after my roommate's friend 'borrowed' $40 from my jar
I always said a box was overkill since I just keep cash in an old coffee can on the shelf, but when $40 went missing after a game night I went to Office Depot the next day and paid $70 for one with a real key lock. Turns out knowing exactly where every bill is beats the convenience of grabbing ones without a key. Has anyone else had to lock down their stash, or do you just hide yours better than I did?
