Hit $5,000 in savings after 14 months of cash only and it felt unreal
Honestly I never thought I'd see that number in my savings account. Switched to cash only back in May of last year after getting hit with a $35 overdraft fee for the third time. Now I put my rent and utilities in envelopes and force myself to live off what's left. Has anyone else noticed their spending just drops naturally when you actually see the bills leaving your wallet?
