Just saw my electric bill is down 60% from this time last year
Switched to a heat pump and solar panels in the spring, and honestly forgot to check the numbers until today. It's wild how much less power we're pulling from the grid now. Anyone else get a shock from their own good numbers?

Honestly that's a huge drop. How much did the whole setup run you, if you don't mind me asking?

Yeah, it adds up fast. The mount itself was around 400, then you need the tripod, counterweights, maybe a new power supply. Are you trying to keep costs down, or just going for the best you can get?
