Hit 1,200 parts on a single insert last month and now the new guy thinks I'm lying
I run 4140 on a Mazak in Fort Wayne and started logging insert life in a notebook just to prove I wasn't crazy, so when the counter hit 1,200 on one corner I showed the trainee and he looked at me like I was making it up, so has anyone else tracked insert life past what the box says or am I just wasting time with this notebook?
