Spent 4 hours debugging a missing semicolon in JavaScript
I was working on a simple calculator app and kept getting an error that made zero sense. Turns out I forgot a semicolon after a line in a function - 4 hours gone. How often do you guys chase down tiny syntax mistakes that take forever to find?

Did you check for trailing commas too? Those got me just as bad in some older JS libraries.
