Am I the only one who thinks pre-ground coffee tastes like cardboard after 3 days?
I bought a burr grinder about 6 months ago and started grinding my own beans at home here in Boise. The difference in taste from day 1 to day 4 is wild, like a totally different drink in the cup. My roommate still buys the big pre-ground tubs from the store and swears it tastes the same the whole way through. I keep telling her the oils die off once it's ground, but she just rolls her eyes at me. Does anyone else notice this or am I just being picky about my morning cup?
