In my experience, our weekly tasting meet ups help a lot with team bonding. I'm looking to propose adding more bean types to the mix, your mileage may vary though. Any tips on how to do this without coming off too strong?

She went from dreading every day to feeling like her work mattered again. Isn't it crazy how one person seeing your struggle can change everything?
