Shoutout to my manager for backing our team's caffeine culture
In my experience, our weekly tasting meet ups help a lot with team bonding. I'm looking to propose adding more bean types to the mix, your mileage may vary though. Any tips on how to do this without coming off too strong?

My friend was ready to quit her office job last month because she was so burned out. Her manager noticed and actually sat down with her to change her workload, not just give a pep talk. She went from dreading every day to feeling like her work mattered again. Isn't it crazy how one person seeing your struggle can change everything? That kind of backup is what keeps people from leaving. She's still at that job now, all because someone with power actually cared.
