Had a chat with my landlord about college debt and it shook me
He told me he dropped out of community college in 98 and now owns 4 rental properties, and I realized I'm paying $600 a month for a degree I'm not even sure I want. Has anyone else talked to someone older who made dropping out look smart?

Wait four rental properties from dropping out of community college?" That line got me too. I read somewhere that a lot of older folks who skipped college or left early just got in on housing before it went wild, like they bought places for dirt cheap in the 90s.
