Drove past the old Porterfield job site yesterday
Passed by that big warehouse slab we poured off Route 9 back in '08. Funny how the control joints still look good but the warehouse got repurposed into a brewery. Saw some spalling near the dock where they must've dropped something heavy. You ever go back to an old job and notice stuff you wish you'd done different?

That brewery's probably making more money per square foot than the warehouse ever did.

Gotta hand it to @reese_patel, they summed it up perfectly. Bet the old warehouse guys are kicking themselves for not thinking of it first. Probably just takes one good IPA to cover the rent on that whole block. Now the whole neighborhood smells like hops instead of old cardboard. Guess that's progress for you, right?
