Got roasted in a Call of Duty lobby for using a controller on PC

Some guy told me my aim assist was doing all the work and I'd be nothing on mouse and keyboard. Made me switch to KBM for a month and honestly my tracking got way better, but I still miss flick shots with a stick. Anyone else get crap for their input method and actually changed because of it?

Did you actually stick with KBM or switch back? I feel like the whole aim assist debate ignores how different muscle memory is between inputs, and a month is barely enough to unlearn years of controller instincts. Honestly, if you're fragging out and having fun, who cares if it's a stick or a mouse.
